For sale: the heart of the machine!
The extraordinary T52 cipher machine with ten rotors represents the pinnacle of German wartime cryptography and is considered one of the rarest cipher machines from World War II.
The 10 wired rotors formed the encryption labyrinth for countless combinations.
This advanced cipher machine, manufactured in 1944 during the final stages of the conflict, was used exclusively by German intelligence services in high-level command centers for their most sensitive communications.
The rotors are made of dark Bakelite, the letters and Roman numerals are clearly legible in white paint.
The number combination runs from A to K, with the I omitted.
A second smaller rotor runs inside the outside rotors displaying numbers in Roman numerals.
Original condition:
Unexcavated!!
No damage or chips to the Bakelite.
Wiring and soldering are in beautiful original condition.
#It is still possible to manually change the codes on the rotors, everything still turns and works.
A very rare and beautiful piece of WWII cipher history.
