Beautiful sandglass in very pretty color full paper mache frame.  
The separately blown bulbs connected trough a classic knote.  
Running time a half hour, in two times 15 minutes.  
Height 18 cm (7, 2 inches)  Diameter 8 cm (3, 2 inches)  
Land of origin presumably France or Italy.
