GERMAN U- BOAT WALL CLOCK U-328

Original WWII period time U-Boat clock out of the German U-Boat U-328.
It was part of a Dutch naval collection proofed by the inventory number "1410" to the backside.
It originally turned up at a flea market in Amsterdam in the 1980s and looks to be a souvenir
of a British soldier who was part of operation "Deadlight" in 1945.
That flea market, "the Waterlooplein market" still exists, it’s the oldest flea market in Amsterdam
and was founded in 1883.
There are 300 places for dealers and is open 6 days a week.
U-Boat wall clock, number: 13103 (label with description on the backside) mounted on a
piece wood coming out of the U-Boat.
Also, from the U Boat tree extreme rare reference plates from the control room partly made out Bakelite.

Bordv entl tauchb 4B6: On-board valve venting immersion tank.

U-328 was commanded by Oberleutnant zur See Dr. Hans-Ulrich Scholle in 1945.
The Boat was destroyed in November 1945 during Operation Deadlight.
Fine dial with engraved "M" marking and national eagle.
Original glass and hands.
Overall size: 42cm x 27cm.
Diameter of the dial: 16,5cm.
Comes with the original key.
The clock runs nicely on time, had complete service by the official clock maker.
Comes with an information map and 1-year warranty!!
